Steven D. Struck, CPA

SENIOR Tax Manager

Steve Struck joined BAKER SPINDLER HOLTZ in 2003 and has since been promoted to Senior Tax Manager.  Steve’s responsibilities as Senior Tax Manager include tax compliance, generating and implementing tax-saving ideas and tax planning for closely-held businesses and their owners.

Steve began his career at Deloitte & Touche, where he focused on several areas of taxation including corporations, partnerships and individuals.

Steve holds a BS in accounting from Calvin College and a Masters of Taxation from Grand Valley State University.  He is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves on boards for the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce and the Calvin College Meeting Business Alumni Board.

Outside of work, Steve is an active member of Brookside Christian Reformed Church.  He enjoys sports, travel and music.  Steve is a die-hard New York Mets fan and enjoys the distinction of being the only Mets fan currently living in the Grand Rapids area.
